I distinctly remember when I first fell in love with yoga, aged 23, whilst staying on an ashram in India. Whilst I had already been attending yoga classes for a few years, the chance to practise yoga daily and get to know its rich history and philosophy awakened me to its subtle yet profound benefits for body and mind. I have been a devoted yogini ever since.
Originally qualifying as a journalist, I worked for a health magazine in Australia, reporting on holistic therapies and healing modalities from around the world. My subsequent travels through South East Asia, India and Africa further opened my eyes to natural ways to heal both body and mind. My experiences resonated so deeply they significantly shaped my life and career path.
Today, I am a qualified yoga teacher and fully-fledged wellness lover.
I am also co-founder of Seed Wellness, a local network of amazing holistic teachers and practitioners offering an extensive range of disciplines and modalities from across the complementary health spectrum. Seed as a whole promotes wellness as a way of living / being, helping to heal and transform in body, mind and soul.
