MENOPAUSE YOGA

Yoga for Menopause

As a 50-something woman myself, i  understand the challenges that this time of life can present from both personal experience and also those around me. The aim of this class is to provide a supportive, safe space for women to move and breathe together, share their own experiences and find community with others.

The aim of my classes is to inform, inspire & empower women, helping to reframe this time of life, from peri to post menopause, so it becomes a more positive, exciting transition.
