“I am an experienced, qualified, professional therapist with a good reputation. I believe in respecting everyone’s individual health needs; treating you on a holistic level – both physically and emotionally – by drawing on a broad range of methods.

My aim for my clients is to take them from striving to thriving; supporting them to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.

I have worked extensively with women who have experienced trauma. I have also worked with children and young people and their families with complex needs for nearly 20 years.

Having always had a passion for health and natural healing, I started my journey as a Reflexologist, before going on to study Reiki, Bach Flower Essences for stress management, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage.

I also work with a unique range of essential oils called doTERRA that have superior therapeutic benefits, helping to effectively alleviate a wide range of health ailments and conditions naturally. I offer classes for individuals and small groups to teach the amazing benefits of these oils for personal use.

My extensive studies mean I can treat each of my clients in a totally bespoke way, providing a truly tailored, holistic treatment that will address their specific needs.

I have a beautiful treatment space between High Wycombe and Amersham from which to treat you, but can also be mobile to undertake home or office based therapies.”

Adele offers reflexology 1:1 sessions at her private space in Hazlemere as well as offering home visits in and around Beaconsfield and South Bucks. Adele also offers Reiki, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage and runs regular women’s workshops.

With a passion for women’s health and extensive experience in this area, Adele now only treats women.
