Run by experienced Personal Trainer, Mary-Kate Blair, each session will include a mixture of boot camp style exercises and team games.
Children will improve their physical fitness, develop new skills and build their confidence – while making new friends and having fun.
Please note children can be dropped off and collected when the session finishes
