Having attended pregnancy yoga classes throughout my own pregnancies, I am passionate about offering yoga for pregnant women who may or may not have had yoga experience before, supporting her on her journey to childbirth.
Particularly during COVID, many pregnant women have struggled to find the care and community they need.
Pregnancy yoga allows women to tap into the deep wisdom of this ancient discipline and truly awaken to the true miracle of her own body and its incredible ability to give birth to new life. It also creates a sacred space for her to connect to her baby growing inside her as well as a community of women on the same journey.
Focussing on the 3 B’s, (baby, body, breath), my pregnancy yoga classes will help you to build strength and mobility safely and effectively as well as boost self-confidence and self-empowerment so you can move through your pregnancy and birth with more peace and ease.
I am also a qualified KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner, which means I can provide my students with the additional tools they need to facilitate a positive birthing experience.
I am also co-founder of Seed Childbirth Collective, a full range of pre & post-natal services from Seed Wellness, supporting families from pre-conception through fertility, pregnancy, birth and beyond.
